Service Description
In the 8 Weeks you will receive coaching 1-0n-1 coaching for tennis, nutrition, fitness and strength. - Week 1 will set the foundation and work on strength and agility, tennis and nutritional coaching with meals planning - Week 2 will add cardio and strength to the program and doing a check-in on the meal planning and home-work - Week 3 will start to increase heart raise and melt away the weight - Week 4 will circle back to strength while continuing to include cardio - Week 5 will increase the cardio portion of training as the fitness levels improve - Week 6 incorporates more strength and agility training and doing a check-in on the meal planning and home-work - Week 7 focuses on recovery and speed for cardio and maintaining heart rates - Week 8 wraps up the training with an all inclusive training session
