Lessons and Programs
For every group session there is a possibility that at least a portion of the session may be impacted or canceled due to adverse** weather conditions. If a program is impacted by weather, while it is not guaranteed make up sessions will be offered, Successful Tennis of Brevard Inc. will do everything in its power to give you the opportunity to make up the missed time. If we can not offer a make up lesson then we will offer a credit toward the next group session. There are no refunds given for missed lessons due to adverse weather conditions.
**Adverse weather conditions include (but are not limited to) any of the following: excessive heat, persistent rain, thunder and lightning, excessive/dangerous winds, or court closures.
Tournaments and Match play
For every tournament and match play event there is a possibility that at least a portion of the session may be impacted or canceled due to adverse** weather conditions. Once the draw has been published we do NOT refund or give credits. The back draw unfortunately is not a guarantee if bad weather is consistent for an entire day or many hours throughout the weekend. Main draw would be a priority. Once the first match of the tournament is played no refunds/credits are issued if bad weather occurs.
